Extremely happy with our purchase of a Kawai K-500 upright at Capital City Keyboards. André and Keegan are both very knowledgeable and amazing musicians themselves!

We bought a new Kawai CN29 Digital Piano from Keegan over the holidays, and are very happy with the purchase and our experience!We shopped around and looked at different places, and while we liked the Kawai best, what really helped our final decision was Keegan himself.Other stores we went to, we felt like they were retail outlets that happened to sell pianos. The people we spoke to were salesmen trying to close a deal. (At least that’s how we felt)Here, Keegan took the time to talk to us first, understand our piano journey and help us understand what we needed to take us through our next steps and beyond. He sat down and played, to let us hear the sound. He talked to us about the benefits of different models, and never once even hinted at trying to push a more expensive purchase on us.All in all, we were very pleased, and continue to be now that it’s about a month later.

I highly recommend Capital City Keyboards as the place to go for knowledgeable and attentive assistance in finding your perfect piano! Andre and Keegan are both great to work with; having visited a couple of music stores, I find their level of support and advice is exceptional. I went in with some general ideas about what I was looking for, and Andre took me through a detailed (and fascinating) review and comparison of a number of models. As we refined the action, sound and features that really appealed to me, he suggested a couple of options to try. In the end, I wound up with a Kawai CA49 and I’m absolutely delighted with it. As an adult beginner, I was happy to get some great advice from Keegan in store about the selection of digital pianos. Andre was also helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to pick up my Kawai CN29 sooner than expected at a competitive price and look forward to starting my learning journey!

I went into the store several months ago to try some pianos. Andre was very friendly and showed me which models would work best with my playing. After I came to a decision and ordered my piano, he offered to lend me a nice keyboard to practice with while I was waiting. When I came to pick it up, he even helped us load and fit the piano into my car, which would have been very difficult to do on our own. The piano (ca49) fits perfectly in my apartment and is so far amazing to play on. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a piano!

I purchased my first digital piano from here back in '98 after the ice storm, and just took delivery of a 4th piano this week for church. All 4 pianos are still busy and sounding great. Andre Dore is wonderful to work with and takes the time to explain and show the features on the different pianos. If I'm ever looking to purchase a 5th piano, I know where I will shop!
