Thank you, Wilson, for a job very well done! Our used piano is rather old and was in need of a deep cleaning, partial tuning, springs replaced...it needed so much love and Wilson answered the call! Very professional, super kind and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend!

Wilson moved our 120 year old piano, which is taller and heavier than most. He asked for pictures of the piano and where it was going to be moved to/from, then came out later and measured everything, and ended up quoted us a price that was considerably lower than the other quote we had received. He and his team moved the piano so efficiently and thoughtfully. He also had advice about where to place it in our basement so the heat registers wouldn't damage it. We were so impressed by how professional and courteous he and his helpers were in all interactions - would definitely recommend this company - very honest and trustworthy.

We bought a brand new Perzina piano from Master Piano Service three years ago, my kids played it everyday, they really enjoyed it. I don't know how to play piano, but I have been listening to it for three years. Sometime I visited my friend's house and listened to the other brand pianos, I realized Perzina's sound is much better than their pianos, I am so glad to make a right decision to choose the Perzina piano, thanks the owner of Master Piano Service to recommend this high quality piano.

Wilson tuned both of our two pianos recently. One of our pianos has issues with the keys and Wilson fixed them perfectly! Now it sounds so much better! Wilson did his job very carefully and patiently. I'm so thankful for his friendly and professional service!

They had no issue with me visiting a few times while I made my final decision. Wilson and his team were beyond courteous and professional. They took great care moving our piano into our home. Compared to previous piano movers, these guys were extremely good at their job, reasonably priced and friendly as well.Wilson spent quite a bit more time tuning our piano than I am used to piano tuners taking.
